In May, PATCO announced a new schedule for the Night Owl service, however, it face heavy criticism by members of the community, as a result PATCO cancelled the schedule, and assigned a special task force to make a new schedule.
On November 15th, PATCO announced a new and improved scheduled.

On Friday, December 7th, the Port Authority Transit Company (PATCO) will have a new schedule for the Night Owl service.
The service will run every 60 minutes from 12a.m. to 4 a.m. on weekdays and 2 a.m. to 5 a.m. on weekends. All stations will be open as well during those times
There will be police officers onboard all Night Owl trains operating within the already mentioned time frames.
